What can I pay on this portal?

It is possible to pay any penalty fare notice issued on the whole GTT network.

Which payment methods are accepted?

On this portal it is possible to pay by credit or prepaid card issued by Visa, Mastercard or American Express network at no additional cost.

I have been issued with a penalty fare notice. How much time do I have to pay it online?

You can pay your penalty fare online within 60 days of the date of issue. If you miss the deadline, you will still be able to pay your penalty fare by going in person to a GTT Customer Service Center (you are required to book your appointment via Ufirst App beforehand) or, if you can calculate the exact amount, you will be able to make a wire transfer to our postal account (necessary information about this payment option is printed on the back of the notice). The early payment reduction, where the payment is made within 7 days, shall also apply in respect of penalty fare notices that are paid online.
